Need help with buyer hiring ....

Hi,
Eventhough I have been working in odesk for sometime, there is something which I can't figure out. If a buyer hires me or a provider does the provider have the option to reject the hiring. If we can reject the hiring please tell me how. I know that there is a option to end the assignment in my assignments,but if we end the assignment without even working, could the buyer rate us. So will the buyer be able to rate provider, if he don't want to be hired by that specific buyer... I have been looking for the answer but could not find the solution. Please tell me how it works. Thanks in advance.....

If you don't want the
If you don't want the assignment, you can end it at any time. If nothing was billed ($0) and no hours were logged, the feedback will not show in the provider's profile.
So as long as you haven't logged any hours for the assignment (or you refund everything that was paid) the feedback will be hidden on your profile.
