The Help at ODesk is messed up

Clicking on the manual link takes you to blank pages. Opening the video tutorials takes you to a page where the video cannot be viewed. How can you even find the information to acquaint yourself with ODesk enough to pass the required introductary test to do business here? Please advise and thank you.

Hmmm, all the pages seem to be opening for me just fine in Firefox 3.0.4 on a Mac. What browser and operating system are you using? Are you just clicking the links or Command-clicking the links? Do you have javascript enabled?
Because all the links you describe (the tutorials and ORT test help links) all automatically open new windows or tabs using javascript.
Is anyone else having this problem?
