Provider selecting problems
Hi!
When I selected few people for interview, I will get a message stating that I am not authorized to access.Why it happened?

I meant..it happened whenever I wanted to post jobs and there will a "You are not authorized to access this area".
Why is that?

on Fri, 2008-11-21 17:10.Do you already have a Company on oDesk? Can you see Team Admin in the blue navigation bar?
If you answer yes to both of these questions, go to Team Admin and give yourself "hiring manager" permissions. Then you can post a job in My oDesk -> Hire.
If you answer no, go to My oDesk -> Get Hired and press the Create a new Team button at the far right under Profile & Settings. Click here to learn more. Be sure to select Buyer Company so you'll be made a hiring manager and be able to post a job in My oDesk -> Hire.
If you have hiring manager privileges, but still can't post a job, please submit a help ticket so someone can check your account.

You can only select people
You can only select people to interview if you are a hiring manager or recruiter in a team with an active job opening. Do you meet both of those criteria?
