Overall feedback refresh period.
Hi Community.
I wish to ask a question about overall feedback score refresh times. I recently finished assignment and received feedback from Buyer (yesterday), and in turn - leaved feedback to customer (so, both parties leaved feedbacks, and there sould'nt be 14 days pause). As written in the help, i see feedback in my profile. In my profile, system tells that score (overall) is 2.89 based on 4 feedbacks, but this is true for score based on 3 feedbacks (without new one) - (51*5 + 844*1 + 1400*4) / (51 + 844 + 1400) = 2.91 (this is acceptable, becouse different ratings have different weight in turn). Estimated rating on 4 feedbacks, as written in profile - sould be (28500*5 + 51*5 + 844*1 + 1400*4)/(28500 + 51 + 844 + 1400) = 4.84 (with recent feedback, total - 4 feedbacks).
I will create ticket to support team, if this is real issue, maybe i should wait for two weeks? Or maybe there present refresh period? I looking for assignment now and 4.84 is looking much better than 2.89, so - this is an issue for me

But your original message said that you ended the job yesterday with feedback. My point was this is 2 months old.
Wait a couple of days
Yuriy, you should wait a couple of days. If the problem persists, submit a help ticket. I know you can't wait to see the 4.84 feedback rating on your profile! 
Maybe the assignment was ended yesterday, but the last time Yuriy logged onto oDesk Team for this assignment was back in September. The assignment had been inactive since September until they decided to end it. Ended assignments always show the last date worked regardless of when they are ended.

on Thu, 2008-11-20 17:58.I see an overall feedback score of 4.84. So the refresh already happened. Maybe it's a caching issue in your browser?

It appears the last job that stopped was in September? Based on the numbers you've listed above then there have been no jobs that have closed since then so it's hard to tell looking at your profile what the real problem is. Doreen
