Adding Logoff time
I cant find the menu (as shown in the help) of adding logoff time. kindly advise what is needed in order to add logoff time. i need to add 3 hours.

but i can't see the add offline work button ... thats my problem. it doesn't appear in my workdiary page.
Are you sure you're in the
on Fri, 2008-11-21 22:10.Are you sure you're in the work diary for an active assignment on a day during the current work week? (work weeks run Mon-Sun in GMT time) And you are below the assignment's weekly limit?
If the answer to both of those is yes, and you still don't have an offline time button, please submit a help ticket. Be sure to say exactly when and which assignment you're trying to add the offline to.

I just noticed this with my new assignment (start date: today). My work diaries for other teams have the option to add offline time (even my AC team, which I have no active assignments in), but this new team (no hours logged yet) doesn't have the offline time button.
I'm about to log some time for the new team, so I'll see if it shows up after logging some time.

Nope, logged 20 minutes, still doesn't display.
The buttons are there in the source code, but disabled (they flash before the CSS is loaded completely, then disappear). Also, if I select one of the screenshots, the delete time button doesn't appear.
When I switch to the classic work diary, I can add offline time (and delete time, as well).

on Sat, 2008-11-22 00:12.Sounds like you both need to file help tickets. This is the first I've heard of a problem, perhaps it's just with new assignments? I just have no way to check. If you submit tickets they'll be able to contact engineering to find out what the problem is.

It appears there were two 'adding offline time' articles -- one still showed the old system. I've corrected it. Do these directions work better for you?
