test requirements

Hi I just signed up here and see that I have to take tests to be qualified. I do not see anywhere is training or objectives. How do I prepare for these tests? Any help?

The only
Leroy the only 'required' test is the oDesk Readiness test and you'll find a link in each question that will take you to the section of the help file that will help you answer that question.
Other tests such as English Sentence Structure (and most of the writing tests for that matter) are to test your knowledge.
At the beginning of each test it provides an 'overview' of what's covered. Once you take the test if you're not happy with your score you can 'make private' and you can take it again in a month *(the exception being the Readiness test which you can take til you pass).
