I am trying a lots of jobs in odesk. But didn't get any job till now.I don't know whats a problem in it.Is their any resume or cover letter problem.
Please do my favore and tell me how we get a first job.Hrly rate is doesn't matter.
English Grammar is Very Important
Your English grammar is very important in how professional you come across. You don't have to use the best grammar, but you can at least do some very minimal things to help.
Just looking at your post, I would not hire you. Correct punctuation, correct capitalization, correct spelling. These are very important basic skills.
It's obviously ok not to have perfect english. I know I don't. But, you have got to _look_ professional and your typing skills are the only thing a buyer gets to know you by.

I must respectfully agree with HEI-USER on that point. If I see that many English mistakes, I assume that communication will be difficult. Personally I only hire people who get 4 or 5 stars in English. I tried 3 star speakers but found it too difficult and now I don't even consider them.
Taking reeeeeeeally long to reply during interviews is also a turnoff. English lessons are advisable.

I see that you have already taken oDesk Tests and got very good results - my congratulations! But do work on your profile and cover letter, following the tips provided in the posts above and I am sure you'll notice the difference!
