You've pointed out one of the big challenges to the business. It is on the minds of all of us here at oDesk and I know many of our users share the same goals of growing quantity while maintaining and hopefully increasing quality as we go.
There's obviously no easy answers about how to do this, but we will continue to pursue initiatives that enhance the offering for everyone.

I hope this will mean more jobs for the talented and qualified providers. It's still very hard to get jobs here. I'll keep my fingers crossed.
