How high should a test score be to leave it public?

Which test scores or percentile rankings should I hide, and which should I show?  I'm sure the answer is different for different tests, but is there a general guideline I can use?

Right now, I have a couple of public test scores that are not in the top 10% or top 20%.  Should I hide them?  I've hidden the English Vocabulary Test (U.S. Version) because my score is only in the 76th percentile.  Was that the right decision?

Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks.

This is not an official

This is not an official guideline, but I, personally, would recommend hiding any score under a 4.0 unless it was in the top 20%.

I see

Thanks.  I guess I'll hide those two I left visible.

For the 76th percentile test, I didn't really want to advertise that almost 1/4 of the test-takers scored higher.  The score itself, though, is 4.5.  Wouldn't the percentile be more important than the score?

In a test portfolio as

In a test portfolio as outstanding as yours, anything without a badge would stand out. So I can see why you'd want to hide it.

In a more 'average' profile, I wouldn't be concerned about 76th percentile.
