Please note that in order to be able to chat, both users need to be on the beta. So let your team know they should upgrade to Beta!

That this client is currently only available for windows users, though non-windows users can use jabber clients to participate in chat (instructions here). Also, in order for the Team Room and chat functionality to be really useful most people in the team need to be using the beta client, so if you're a provider and would like to use it, ask your team to upgrade.
