odesk interviews
im new to odesk... got my first few invitations but not sure how and what to prepare for the interview... how does odesk interview normally look like? do we need a viewcam? etc. need advise here... thanks

oDesk interview usually happens over phone, Skype (or similar voice chat program) - or the IM that you and the Buyer agree on (typically, Skype or Yahoo). A Webcam helps to build trust, but is not a requirement (unless the Buyer specifically requests it).
