I am bieng threatened by an odesk provider

Hello,

I need some help with a difficult situation. I had some work done from a provider and on several ocasions the work was not completed effectively as promised.

 

I rated it as I felt I should and now I am being threatened. This person is in another country, but claims to have friends/family here. He is very emotional and does not want to accept the fact that the job (Drunk were incomplete.

Who should I speak to about this?

Why not submit a help ticket until staff gets back to you?   http://www.odesk.com/help/ticket ? I have had reasonable luck with them responding fast.

Yes, please contact customer support immediately. That is completely inappropriate behavior. If you have the threats in an email or chat thread, please send a copy with your ticket.
