I'm new to odesk, and not only seeking my first job, but learning the ropes as well

I have started taking tests and applying to jobs I feel I'm qualified for. I know there is a lot of good competition out there, but if anyone has any good ideas to help me I would really appreciate it. Also I am kind of confused on the team part, I can't sign in to learn because I'm not on one apparently. Can anyone give me some feedback ?? Thank you, Cindy

Some paragraphs in the OVERVIEW would do good as well, especially since you seem to be mostly applying for writing jobs.

Portfolio?

I have taken around 15 different tests and I'm showing only the top ten in which I scored at least 75% - 98%.

I don't want to hurt your feelings, but I would not hire a writer who scores only 27% in the English Spelling test.

So, you might want to hide this test from the public (there is an option to do so) and take the UK Engish spelling test until you can retake the US test in 4 weeks. I've seen that you finished the test in around 10 minutes.- Maybe next time you take it easy, nobody is rushing you...

You'll need patience till you land your first job here! (lot's of it!) -    I had to wait around two weeks till I got my first job.

Happy freelancing & Good Luck

Rick
