Outsourcers respond to job request, then won't communic

I seem to have no trouble getting initial responses but very little communication following that.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

If you are expressing frustration, I feel for you.

If you are stating you have an issue, then perhaps a bit more detail would be in order. 

There are many reasons providers might not respond immediately. National Holidays, cats to the vet, children need flea powder, wait, that was the cat, or any other real life issue.

If it happens time after time with multiple providers and is an ongoing issue, then the problem may not be just with the providers.
