How do do we involve someone in our .net project

I'm new to odesk but very interested in finding new resources this way.
The question is - we have 4 people here working on Visual Studio and SVN. Each have their own environment and build and test local to their PC.
We want to involve someone initially to refactor all our CSS where they would need access to both the CSS and pages.
How do we get someone else involved? How do people typically get round this?
What we don't want to do is be buying licenses, worrying about installs, having to deliver all the code to someone we don't know.
How do other people do this?
One option is to setup mstsc to a PC here - but are there any better options?
How are others doing this?
Thanks,

I think there isn't an easier way
Others usualy use project managers, solution architects, team building events, etc
Probably all you can do to lower the cost in your case is to use free version of VS: Visual Studio Express
Other possible solution is to find a way to get more funding for your project
Good luck

Thanks for the thoughts.
The visual studio express would be an option. We can probaby also deliver a cut down version of the code.

It's your choice
It may be easier if you or your team find a better job.
In many cases the attempts to get results for too low cost lead to disappointments.
