Cannot start oDesk Team

My oDesk Team still ran normally until today, I start oDesk Team, as normal it displays oDesk Team icon at the Tray bar but it showed "oDesk Team is not connect". I tried to connect it by right click on that icon but the context menu didn't show. It seems the right click action is disabled. I tried to uninstall oDesk and reinstall again but it still didn't work.

Any idea about this problem? Please help me! Thanks in advance!
