In your profile, your own estimation of your master level of each skill is pretty low to impress the Buyer (and the tests you took seem to prove that as well).
Think of what you are really good at. And build your profile around it. Data Entry is a highly competitive field and you can't hope to be winning projects unless you are exceptional.
I see in your Employment History that you have been working as Financial Stuff. Try going into more details of what your reponsibilities and achievements were and see if you can sell those skills on oDesk, instead of Data Entry.
