Determining pay amount for hourly position
I could use some help from anyone right now. I have been with odesk for several months, but up until now I have only taken bid type positions. I have just been offered a full time ongoing position for article re-writer and the amount of pay seems to be less than I was actually expecting. I'm not asking anyone to divulge their rate of pay, only to help me determine if this is somewhat normal amount. I really need the ongoing work, as well as the 40 hour a week job guaranteed to me.
What has been offered is $3.00 hour. Does this seem low to anyone else? Or is it just me? As said, I have no idea about how your paid for hourly work through odesk.
I appreciate any and all input rather quickly.

It has average hourly rates.
Personally,I think that rate is awfully low, but that is just my opinion.
