About new design of the Odesk Job page.
I am sorry to say, I think it's no offence to say also, I am not happy to see the new Job page layout, It's just looks like a Blog website and odesk is certainly not that. The previous look and options was perfect, I strongly recommend to be rolled back to that, Or please apply a better one instead of this. We do need and like updated site but if we remove the previous good options and design during update then it's not update. I am looking forward to hear other's views on it also.

perhaps if you were more specific about what you would like to see included we could make that happen
there was a lot on the previous view and I've no way to know which parts you actually used

I haven't been using oDesk for long. However, with the old Job Search pages, I found it helpful to have the location of the job listed as I have been trying to apply mostly to UK jobs. If jobs entail any telephone work at all, it would be helpful to know where the job is. It would be no use me applying for jobs that entail telephone usage on a daily basis if I would have to incur the expense of international calls. Maybe it would be possible to filter jobs by location. Also, some Buyers need US rather than UK English and spelling - this was why it tried to limit my applications to UK jobs. With the new layout, you have to actually go to the job description to find the location which can take up a lot more time. Other than this, I don't have any problem with the new layout.
Best wishes,
Debbie

I've got good news for you then - location is still there. It's in the buyer info that pops up when you mouse over the 'dollar bill' buyer status icon.

Wicked! Thanks so much Jacqui. That really cuts down on the time I spend looking at the jobs.
