What buyers want
Hi Friends,
In last couple of days i have applied for many jobs, write individual cover letter to every buyer, but i don't know what buyers want to read in cover letter.
I have even checked that many providers are sending generic cover letter for every job, even they didn't mentioned in their cover letters for the job description and asked questions and they getting hired.
I know that here at oDesk when you applied for 250 jobs then you've chance to getting hired it's the basic ratio which i've calculate by my self.
