Yes, Richard, I have had a mixed bag of experiences and would like to enter into the fray of getting money into South Africa - is there anyone else out there with some ideas???

I suggest using the Payoneer prepaid debit mastercard for your earnings. That is available to users in nearly every country and is still relatively low cost/convenient.
You can contact Payoneer to confirm it's availability.

I send the service provider a pre approved debit card up to a pre set limit they use the card and bang moola

Hi Richard
I have been working on odesk since March 2009 and have found that Payoneer is really the only way to get money into South Africa and the Debit Card works great.
