Here's what happened a while ago: Payoneer e mailed me:
Your Payoneer Prepaid debit MasterCard® has been loaded with $125.66.
And then when i checked on the payoneer's site my balance was $93.80
I know they deduct charges but why this big?? I work hard for the money then they will slash down half of my salary?? Please help. This is the 1st time it happened to me.

I suggest that you check your transaction history so you'd know what charges they have deducted from your payoneer account. If you are not yet convinced, just email payoneer support. I think they will answer it within 1 business day. Good luck!

Wow, that's huge. But as far as I know, this is the usual breakdown.
$2 - Odesk to Payoneer fee
$3 - Payoneer monthly fee
$2 - Expedite loading
$10 - One time activation fee.
It doesnt quite add up to $31.

HI,
Tomer from Payoneer here.
We don't have a yearly fee at Payoneer.
All the fees are visible to you in your My Account and the pricing table while you register.
You have a activation fee (it's a one time fee), you have monthly fee, etc.
The reason you see a "high" fee this time it's because it includes your activation fee for the card.
In case one of you have more questions you can also always send me an email to tomer@payoneer.com
Thanks
