Time Tracker automatically starts whenever go on my computer. I quickly turn if off within a matter of seconds, but how can I stop that from happening? Where do I go to change the settings?

Right click on the oDesk Team application, go to preferences, then "oDesk Team -> General", uncheck "Launch at system startup. Do the same, if you have oDesk Share or anything else installed along with the oDesk Team.
