UNFINISHED HOURS

What will happen in I didnt finish the hours alloted by my buyer at the end of work week???(aside from my buyer getting furious..

Your weekly limit is the maximum you can log and bill - it isn't necessary the amount you should be working. In most jobs, you normally work some agreed amount less than the weekly limit. Other buyers do expect you to put in the full hours every week (usually customer service positions where you work set shifts). Always talk to your buyer about their hours expectation.

For example, my weekly limit is 50 hours. Why? Because one time I needed that many to meet a big deadline. However, I normally only do around 30 (and no, that's not all spent on the forum!).

And to answer your question, nothing bad will happen in oDesk because you don't reach your limit. Hours logged will still be billed according to the usual weekly schedule. Whether or not the buyer will be angry isn't something I can predict. Please talk to your buyer about that!
