Treat to the Philippines' share of the global outsourcing market?
Philippines' outsourcing market share 5 years ago was 9% and reached 14% in 2006. However, it has remained steady at 15% since then as new competion emerges.
The Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) held its first International Outsourcing Summit to discuss this issues and other threats and opportunities emerging for the outsourcing industry in general and for the Philippines in particular.
