Hiring - How many
I have a job opening that I posted a job for. How many people can I hire for this? If I want to hire more than one, and it limits it to just one, how would I hire the other person?

I've hired two for a job and it would have let me hire more. I'm not sure what the limit is, but I know you can hire multiple people per job.

Feel free to hire as many as you want to. You may also want to keep the job opening alive, if you intend to hire someone at a later stage of the project.

I'm not aware of any maximum number of hires per post. If there is one it's so high no one's ever run into it.
As for 'how' you can hire more than one person, either:
A) hire all the candidates you want simultaneously, or
B) hire one candidate at a time but leave the post OPEN until you're completely done. It will ask you if you want to leave it open on the hiring form.
