Did you check that they're

Did you check that they're activated in My Provider Profile? Perhaps somehow that setting was reset.
Did you check your spam folders? Because of it's mailing-list nature, the job alerts tend to be pushed to spam occasionally but email clients.

Finally, do you use Yahoo email? There are periodic deliverability issues with Yahoo (when too many users flag the daily alerts -that they signed up for! - as spam and it gets on Yahoo's black list).

Personally, I would suggest setting up RSS feeds for your searches rather than using the email alerts. They're more customizable (save ANY and AS MANY searches as you'd like) and can be updated as frequently as you need (daily, hourly, or even more frequently). Just use the save as RSS link at the top of any search and your favorite feed reader.
