Unfair Feedback with no comment

I have received unfair feedback with no comment left. The TAT of the job was just as the buyer requested. All was going great even with communication and when I submitted my work to the buyer, the assignment was ended with "horrible" feedback score. Now is was not fair and I went through the appropriate steps of disputing feedback, which reads:

If you have a serious complaint about feedback that has been left for you, please contact Customer Support. oDesk does reserve the right to remove any feedback from the system. If you would like your dispute to be considered by oDesk, please include a detailed discussion of the assignment and a written statement of why you feel the feedback is unfair and/or inappropriate given the guidelines above.

Been there, done that, wrote the book. Contacted customer service after submitting "detailed" statement considering the policy above states that odesk does reserve the right to remove the feedback. Customer service contacted me and stated they could not remove the feedback. My thing is this, if it can't be removed then the information stated in the odesk policy should be removed. Why say you reserve the right to remove feedback and then reply back that you can't change it? Please help me with this. So do you actually mean unfair feedback has to remain?
