This worker led me to believe I could count on her. She did not come through. She was not available. She made excuses. I was billed for hours she did not work. In fact, I believe that the picture of this worker is not real. I also believe that this company "Alpha Digital" applies for jobs for their clients with fake pictures, and then passes the job on to somebody unreliable and takes a cut of the work. Very bad business! I would not hire anyone from Alpha Digital again. I would not hire this worker again. I will also ask Odesk to look into the billed hours as I do not believe the work done qualified for the hours this person billed me for!

Unfortunately Dalia could not follow simple and precise instructions for blog commenting. Apparently she is unfamiliar with the different methods and tricks of searching in Google, despite claiming to be proficient in data entry, web searching, blog commenting, and keyword research. It was a copy/paste sort of job. I gave her exactly what was needed to execute and complete the job successfully, along with some extra resources to understand the whys and hows. Unfortunately she did not even realize she was doing things wrong the whole time, which should have been strikingly obvious, given the nature of the task. I am not completely blaming her, but I really don't see how I could have made the instructions any clearer or more precise. Perhaps she would be great for some other type of work.

Gotirazes job was to obtain prices from web design companies and place them in a spreadsheet. He ignored job instructions and did not include the price in work submitted. After reviewing and advising that he had made a mistake he and his boss Mamunur promised to fix the work. This has not occurred and I am now left with a bill for a spreadsheet that is worthless. Mamnur mentioned that Gotiraz did not have very good english but i think this is a poor excuse. If the contractor is unable to complete the work then they are defrauding the paying of money and their fellow contractors of the publics goodwill.
