RAHUL IS EVERYTHING YOU'D WANT FROM A PROJECT PARTNER: dedicated, ambitious, talented, excellent communicator, skilled and experienced.
I had an emergency-turnaround job for an American website. Rahul's spoken English is perfect, as is his written English, but it is a bit more the Queen's English than American English, and I'm a fairly harsh critic, as I've been an American copywriter for nearly 20 years.
So, we worked on colloquiallism and local jargon pretty much the whole way through the project. That being said, and this is important, HE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO LEARN.
And in any working relationship, THE WILLINGNESS TO LEARN IS SECOND ONLY TO THE ABILITY TO TAKE SUCCESSFUL ACTION.
He delivered on time, with a VERY aggressive schedule, and change orders increasing scope of work. His efforts bordered on superhuman.
If I could, I'd give him SIX stars for quality, availability, communication, and cooperation.
So, what's the story in a nutshell? I WILL be hiring Rahul again. I recommend you hire him, too.
