I hired Bhupinder almost a year ago to work on a project for me. In the beginning he was proactive and enthusiastic to get the project, but once I awarded the project to him, work was slow and filled with bugs. He also promised me a refund for my money, but he never did, complaining about his "higher executives" who would not allow him to do so. He told me that he had over 20 members on his team, yet it appears like there were not more than 2 or 3. Please also be aware of some of the example sites that he shows you like http://www.eats.com have been developed by others on odesk. I also believe he has a few other accounts of his own within Clerisy. Overall, my worst experience at odesk and he set my project a year behind. My budget was $1000 and he was paid $500.

Bhupinder is very conscientious and appears to possess some design skills. However, on this project he over-reached, stating that he could do the programming (or at least manage the programmers) to produce the deliverable. Bhupinder's lack of programming knowledge made this impossible.
I would hire him again for small, design only tasks that do not require any back end programming.
