Alex and Oleksandr from Forma-Pro proved to be an excellent team of Agile PHP Symfony programmers. The project was finished to my complete satisfaction and careful attention was paid to both best practices and proper architecture. They did not hesitate to suggest technical improvements and were quite good at communicating back and forth despite our 10 hour time difference. Alex was most helpful. I neglected to mention the need to start and finish the project over a weekend, an although he had intended to start Monday, he was flexible to my request and the work was completed before the deadline.
Even with experienced programmers, it is a gamble to assign someone new to fix bugs in code written by an unreachable, unknown team, which is what had to be done here. He also did this quite well.
He was also very responsive with complete yet concise progress updates and requests for clarification. He even suggested small code improvements that were not a priority on this assignment, so we left them out. However when it comes time to focus development energy on this project again, it is almost certian that we will seek him out for the job!  Â

Alex communication and responsiveness were clear.
He was online all the time when I needed, and updated me on project status.
I needed our server MySQL to be updated to the latest version and they did it in a superfast way (just 1 hour).
We will surely have additional jobs for them in the future.
