I had to continually repeat the instructions but they were always ignored. He tries hard and some aspects of his work is good but he had no understanding of this job. I feel that repeating instructions over and over is a method that helps inflate the number of hours billed. I'm saddened that my relationship with Nand has been soured but I cannot justify so many hours for work that has not been completed within my time frame. I wish Nand well.
