G srinivas was asked to fix a database problem that had been caused after g srinivas had worked on a previous database issue. This was not done as requested and I did not hear from this provider for 5 days after the day instructions were given. Had to employ another provider to fix the error.
Asked g srinivas to provide a refund but this was declined. Would not use again.

i paid a partial payment to this provider equal to 80% of the fixed amount. he never did any more work after i made that payment and i have had to pay another $300.00 to another provider to finish the work. i would like to charge this provider back $177, and leave his only payment for the project at $100.
