Institute of Applied Informatics TSPU > IPI - Challenge, reliability, responsibility

Institute of Applied Informatics was established in 2001 to coordinate IT and computer related activities of State Teacher’s University. IAI is responsible for support of University communication infrastructure.
Institute of Applied Informatics consists of the following divisions.

1. Computer Science Department (implements education programs in the University and outside)
2. Administrative Subdivision
3. Servicing Subdivision (responsible for technical and service support of computing equipment throughout the University as well as local area network and telephone network)
4. Laboratory of Control Automation and Computerization
5. Laboratory of Network Projects
6. Student’s Research and Development Laboratory

There are more than 50 employees in the Institute.
