After building the web site most features arent implemented and nothing works. So we stopped them and asked them to give us fixed price for the rest of the work to be completed this they took 2 days to come up with a three page word document of broken english saying it would take another 250 hours they have already had over a hundred hours !! the total cost would be $3500 for a website with a shopping cart and some feedback functions . AVOID !!!
