He made himself available at short notice, and from very early in the project gave estimates of the time required for each stage that proved to be uncannily accurate, which would indicate someone with a great understanding of their skill set. If he sought assistance from other members of his team on a particular issue, the process was entirely seamless and invisible to me and further demonstrates his ability to get the job done on time and on budget. As an oDesk virgin, I had no idea what to expect from the process and Aman answered my early questions and made the whole process a pleasure. Great work, and I'm sure we'll be using him again in the near future.
