There was never any down time because he didn't know the answer to something... if he didn't know, he found out on his own. He was also excellent about always using the Odesk interface, so that I knew precisely what he was working on at any given time. His English is pretty good, certainly good enough to communicate whatever was most important.  He was also willing to work with me using email, skype, AIM, and even videos where necessary. All around, Oleksii is top notch. The only reason I would suggest you should not hire him is because I want him to be available for my projects! ; =)
