First attempts to do the work resulted in work that didn't function correctly, and it took days before they finally corrected a slide show to get it to work correctly.  While they were quick to point out problems, they often didn't offer solutions.  For example, a video on the site was not working properly - and they had no solution. ; I had to ask around myself, and found out it could be compresssed with a different format. It works fine now, but I am mystified as to why they couldn't suggest, what seemed in hindsight, to be a fairly simple solution. ; I doubt that I would use them again.
