This project was very complicated and the requriemetns were adjusted a few times.   We did not provide the client with the app required and client has choosen to go with other providers.

The work quality was good, but I needed more online time to describe and help the provider understand the complexities of the project.  In the last three weeks of the assignment, it was very diffcult to make contact, partially do to a virus that infected the providers computer.
