There was a slight delay in starting the project and the quality that was being delivered at the beginning of the project was very poor. Specs / mock-ups were not being followed diligently and I really had to push for things to be done properly. Sharad was very responsive and professional and I think the issues came from miscommunications within softobiz. At the end, I have a functioning site that does the job.

As for the experience in the platform, either they weren't as experienced as they advertised or the platform wasn't that great (either is equally possible).  I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM for any coding tasks -- they were excellent at that, their communication was good, and they delivered on time.
