This team is for the best. We don't accept novices without existing portfolios or significant experience.

The Wayfarer Team is a is a new team concept that will be fully realized once Odesk has finished developing the new teams system. It is functional for now, but will be truly great once Odesk allows us to pay members within the system. This will allow us to create a virtual private workforce on a large scale, even a global one.
