$13.33) 		  Very amateur.  Fahd did not meet deadlines that he set for himself.  Sadly, after over 50 hours of billed work, I have nothing in return.  The time log and communication of progress was very poor.  Most of his time was 'offline', so there was no record of work.  If I got brief reports detailing what was worked on each day via email (which I clearly asked for in the beginning), it would at least be better than nothing.  Instead, I got 9-hour blocks of 'Working on tasks for this week'.  When the most recent deadline/milestone was past, he said he had accomplished his tasks and he would upload his changes.  But then two days go by and still nothing.  He was full of excuses, and I feel his competency in Wordpress (top 10%?) may be misrepresented.  Additionally, it took him 13 billed hours just to get setup for Wordpress MU, which a provider stating such a proficiency should have ready to go.

Note: He did offer to refund all the money and remedy the situation after the assignment was ended and feedback was left.
