Furthermore I know that when many people pay for something (be it a service or a product or and investment) they should be rightfully provided with the very best service at all times. People are very emotionally driven all aspects of life and for example if a person walks into an electronics shop and just takes your time by asking you questions without any intention of buying anything it is in my experience that they should be served equally! Why? Because the same person who did not buy anything from you will recommend you to everyone else...

because we were afraid to try.
