Silicon Valley (California, USA) company is looking for an ActionScript 3.0 developer to help create a Rich Internet Application for Internet video advertising.  The project is focused on creating an Internet video advertising system in which ads are embedded within the content of the videos.  The ads will be contextually relevant and dynamically retrieved from a database / XML file.  The Internet video will be ‘tagged’ with ‘hot spot’ advertisements, so that detailed product information (e.g., Nike shoe ads, Victoria Secret clothing ads) will appear next to the video when a viewer clicks on these ads.   Furthermore, users need to be able to interact with the ads in ways such as making a purchase or adding the product to a shopping cart for a later purchase.

 

 

 

Must Have:
 Demonstrable experience developing ActionScript 3.0 applications.
 3 examples of work, preferably site utilizing data manipulation.
