Job Objective: Create a Course Script and Question Bank for a FL Defensive Driving Course

Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities Required:
• Critical Thinking Skills
• Experience with design platforms
• Excellent Independent Research Skills/Excellent Editing and Proof Reading Skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical students at an eighth-grade level
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
• Ability to create knowledge checks, quizzes, course exams and question banks
• Ability to work within Florida state guidelines and statues
• Ability to write content to change student’s behaviors

Preferred Skills:
• Experience as a classroom instructor is ideal
• Creating storylines to relay pertinent information
• Works well with targeted audience content
• Experienced with Graphic design/ video production
• Experienced Researcher and content creator

Project Requirements:
A. Create course content on topics provided (citing statistics, current trends, state laws and guidelines, etc.)
B. A detailed description of the technology to be used.
C. Word Document Provided of course material with cited sources and state law used with no grammatical errors
D. Create Knowledge Checks, Course Exams, 40 validation questions and 500 Question and answer Bank in a Word Document
E. Create graphics, video, and engaging activities for learning purposes
F.  Provide an overview of course material/ Outline
G. Must commit to strict deadlines
