We are a top-selling brand on Clickbank seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our customers by clearing support tickets daily.

Each day, you will:
1. Clear the inbox of all outstanding Support Tickets.
2. Monitor the inbox for high-value opportunities, which you will forward to the CEO.
3. Report the results of your work each day to the CEO when you are complete.

Tools:
* We will provide you with pre-written email scripts.
* You will clear support tickets inside of the company's Gmail account, and close the tickets on the Clickbank platform.

Requirements:

* You should already have at least 1 year of experience clearing support tickets with the Clickbank platform.

* You should have at least 5+ years experience working in Customer Support.

* You should have strong typing skills. 60wmp or higher.

* You should have excellent English skills.

* You should be someone who takes direction and feedback positively.

* You should have the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

* You should be organized, disciplined and self-managed.
