Job Title: Integrations Specialist for Connecteam and Xero Accounting/Payroll
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced integrations specialist to streamline our workforce management processes by integrating Connecteam, our job scheduling application, with Xero Accounting/Payroll. The primary objective is to automate time tracking and payroll management seamlessly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both Connecteam and Xero platforms, with a proven track record of successful integration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Setup: Configure Connecteam and Xero systems to establish a seamless data flow between the two platforms. Ensure that employee clock-ins and clock-outs in Connecteam translate into accurate time sheets for payroll processing in Xero.
Custom Pay Rate Configuration: Account for employees' dual roles and varying pay rates for different tasks within Connecteam. Implement a system that accurately reflects these pay differentials in Xero payroll, ensuring employees receive the correct compensation for each job.
Location Tracking: Enable location tracking features within Connecteam to capture employee check-ins and check-outs at job sites. Integrate this data into Xero for enhanced visibility and accountability in workforce management.
Prompts and Reminders: Set up automated prompts and reminders within Connecteam to notify employees of scheduled jobs that they have accepted. Ensure reminders are sent to prompt employees to check in and out at the designated times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in integrating Connecteam with accounting/payroll systems, preferably Xero.
Expertise in configuring custom pay rates and workflows within Connecteam to accommodate varying employee roles and pay structures.
Proficiency in leveraging location tracking features within Connecteam for enhanced job site visibility.
Strong understanding of automation tools and techniques for setting up prompts and reminders.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Prior experience in similar integration projects is highly desirable.
Timeline:
We aim to have the integration setup completed for trial with our staff within the next week. The successful candidate should be available to dedicate time and resources to achieve this timeline.
Note:
We have already made progress in setting up the integration, with approximately 60% completion. The chosen candidate will pick up from this point and drive the project to successful implementation.
