Patent Attorney

I have over 10 years of experience in the patent profession, largely practicing in mechanical and software fields. I have particular specialism in drafting patent applications that are suitable for Europe and for the US. I have drafted hundreds of patent applications that have been taken to grant worldwide. I have drafted a significant number of these applications in the field of autonomous driving and image processing for medical uses. I am a highly experienced patent attorney who has not only worked for some of the leading IP firms in Germany and the UK but also alongside many of the US’ largest firms and for some of the world’s largest and most instantly recogniseable corporates. I am a qualified US patent agent, European patent attorney, British patent and authorized to work before the German and French patent offices. I have been lead attorney for a large number of opposition and appeal cases at the European patent office, particularly in the medical device sector. I have served as outside patent counsel for various corporations to support drafting, prosecution, freedom to operate, litigation and other intellectual property related projects.
