How do I pay a provider for hours over the limit?

If a buyer would like to compensate a provider for hours worked over a weekly limit, you should provide a bonus payment to the provider.

oDesk recommends carefully reviewing the hours for the week including the hours up to the limit as well as hours over the limit. You can review the total hours worked in the Time Analyze view using the “Include hours over the limit” filter that is displayed at the top of the page.

Once you’ve determined how much of a bonus you would like to provide, proceed to give the provider a bonus from the My Assignments tab. Remember that a provider will only be paid for hours over the limit if the buyer initiates a bonus.
